Steps

In a Heat pan put oil,let it be heat.add peeled & forked potatoes Roast it till golden & half done.

Take it out from the pan.in the same pan add if needed oil.add onion,saute it.add ginger, garlic Fry it.

Now add griended spices,& all powdered spices. Add fried onion paste.sprinkle some water in it.

Add half done potatoes in it.add salt & lid it 5 miniutes.it will be fully cooked.

Now add tamarind paste mix all over it.fry it 1 miniute openly.

Add coriander leaves & remove it from the flame.

Take a skewer arrange the potatoes in it,with tomato.& onion rings.

Garnish it with coriander leaves.

It can be arranged in serving plates also.
