Ingredients

10 mimiutes
2 servings
  • 2potatoes peeled & forked
  • 1 Tspginger paste
  • 1 tspgarlic paste
  • 1onion paste
  • 2 Tspfried onion paste
  • 2 Tsproasted & griended spices(cumin, fennal, coriander,clove,)
  • 1 pinchblack pepper powder
  • 1 pinchblack cardamoms crushed
  • 1 Tspchilli powder
  • Salt to tastes
  • 2 Tspoil
  • 2 Tsptamarind paste
  • 2 TspGreen coriander
  • 1/2 Tspturmric powder

Steps

10 mimiutes
  1. 1

    In a Heat pan put oil,let it be heat.add peeled & forked potatoes Roast it till golden & half done.

  2. 2

    Take it out from the pan.in the same pan add if needed oil.add onion,saute it.add ginger, garlic Fry it.

  3. 3

    Now add griended spices,& all powdered spices. Add fried onion paste.sprinkle some water in it.

  4. 4

    Add half done potatoes in it.add salt & lid it 5 miniutes.it will be fully cooked.

  5. 5

    Now add tamarind paste mix all over it.fry it 1 miniute openly.

  6. 6

    Add coriander leaves & remove it from the flame.

  7. 7

    Take a skewer arrange the potatoes in it,with tomato.& onion rings.

  8. 8

    Garnish it with coriander leaves.

  9. 9

    It can be arranged in serving plates also.

  10. 10

    This is a side dish.use it any time.

  11. 11

    Tangy & spicy dish is waiting for you in the dining table.
