Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupsuji
  2. 1 tbspmaida
  3. 2 tbspdesi ghee
  4. 2 cupwater
  5. 1/2 cupgud (jaggery)
  6. 2 tbspAlmond Flakes
  7. 2 tbspkishmish
  8. 1 tbspmelon seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Dissolve the gud in water on a medium flame and keep it aside.

  2. 2

    Now in a kadhai dry roast the suji and maida on a low flame. Roast it for 3-4 minutes.

    Add the desi ghee and dry fruits and cook it for another 4-5 mins on low flame.

  4. 4

    Now to this add the gud solution and cook on a medium to high flame till it gets the right halwa like texture.

  5. 5

    Serve hot.
