Cut and wash all vegetable thoroughly

Cut avocado and remove the skin.

Juice 1 lemon and mix with the avocado while mashing with fork.

Cut the lettuce, parsley, cucucumber, tomatoes and apples.

Serve on a salad dish, with the avocado dreessing on top.
