1. Wash bhindi nicely pat dry with cloth or tissue. Cut into small pieces.
2. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in kadai add a pinch of salt, turmeric powder. Now add the bhindi saute for 3 min in medium flame. Keep aside.
3. Grind all the ingredients under masala. Don't add water to this. Grind into fine paste and keep aside.

4. Add remaining oil in pan add bay leaf. Fry this for 5 sec.
5. Now add the finely chopped onions to this. Once this change the colour now add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder to this.
6. Saute until masala mix thoroughly to the onion. Don't burn the onion. Now add the grounded masala paste to this.

10. Cook for another 2 min lid open garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapatis.
11. Adjust the chilli powder according to your taste buds.
