Ingredients

  • 1 kgplantain
  • 2eggs
  • Fresh tomatoes
  • Vegetable oil
  • Onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the plantain and add little salt to it. Pour little vegetable oil to the pan and heat once is hot fry the tomatoes and onions with pepper then pour the eggs to get the desire result
