Firstly in a large kadhai heat 1 tbsp butter and saute 1 green chilli and kasuri methi till they aromatic. Further saute 1/2 onion petals and 1/2 cubed capsicum. Add haldi powder and chilli powder,further add blended tomates onion paste and mix well.

In addition add prepared kadhai masala and salt as per taste. Cook till masala paste starts to release oil. Now add 1/2 to 1 cup water adjusting consistency as required. Add paneer in cubes and 2 tbsp cream and mix gently. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add 2 tbsp coriander leaves and garam masala. Mix well serve with naan or chapati.
