Preheat the oven to 180 The Celsius

Beat the butter, sugars,honey,vanilla and the coffee powder till smooth

Add the baking powder and baking soda along with the egg and whisk again.Add the vinegar.

Stir in the flours and the chocochip and gently fold everything.The dough will come togther

Drop 1& 1/4 size balls on the baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 mins until the bottoms have just turned golden brown.The cookies will look undone and soft.Dont worry we need that texture

Allow the cookies to cool on a rack and then store them in air tight containers
