Marinate the chicken with salt,pepper,minced garlic,egg,cornflour and flour.

Deep fried the chicken pieces.

In a wok add the chopped garlic and cook on high bt dont let the garlic burn,add the red chilli paste cook till the oil oozes out.Add the quartered onion and green chillies keep stirring add the rest of the sauce and stir well add the warm water or chicken stock let this boil fr 2 min on high,add the chicken and cornflour slurry finish it with sugar and sprinkle the greens of onion.
