Put the ghee in the pan and place it on the stove and heat it up so that it gets melt. Now put all the dry fruits into it and fry it until it gets golden or light brown in colour. Now mix boiled rice into it

Now add sugar kesar and cardamom and chiraunji into it and stir it properly until the sugar gets dissolved into the rice properly.

Our kashmiri pulav is ready to serve and garnish it with dry fruits and serve hot.
