Ingredients

Serves 4 persons
  • 500 gms bonelessChicken
  • 150 gmsTomato paste
  • 3 tbspsketchup
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 100 gmscapsicum cut in cubes
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspblack pepper crushed
  • 1 tspChili sauce
  • 1 cupoil
  • ginger for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil in a vok, add chicken and ginger garlic paste and fry for 5 mins

  2. 2

    Add tomato paste and cook until oil comes out

  3. 3

    Add ketchup,salt, chilli sauce, black pepper, red chilli powder and chilli sauce and cover for 10 mins

  4. 4

    Add capsicums and garnish with ginger
