Ingredients

  • Serves 4 persons
  • 1 kgChicken
  • 500 gmstomatoes chopped
  • 1 tspBlack pepper crushed
  • 1 tspWhole spices powder
  • 1 tspredchilli powder
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 cupoil
  • green chillies for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil in a vok, add chicken and fry until golden

  2. 2

    Take ou chicken and add chopped tomatoes and cook

  3. 3

    Add black pepper,, salt,red chilli powder and whole spices powder and add chicken and cook fo 15 mins

  4. 4

    Serve with green chillies and corriander
