Ingredients

  1. To make the dry mix
  2. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  3. 2 tablespoonsdried minced onion
  4. 1/2 teaspooncayenne pepper
  5. 1 teaspoonground cinnamon
  6. 2 teaspoonsground black pepper
  7. 2 1/2 teaspoonsdried thyme
  8. 1/2 teaspoonNutmeg
  9. 1/2teasspoon Cloves
  10. For the Rub
  11. 1 1/2 TablespoonsCoconut milk
  12. Halflime juice

Steps

  1. 1

    For the Rub, Mix 1 Tablespoon of the dry rub with the Coconut milk and the lime juice. Rub into the meat. Ideal for Chicken drummers. And leave in the fridge for 20min to absorb flavour.
