Ingredients

  • 1/3 bowlMaa ki dal
  • 1/2 bowlChane ki dal
  • 4 bowlsWater
  • 2Onion
  • 1Tomato
  • 1 spoonGarlic ginger paste
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspSukha dhania
  • To tasteRed chilli
  • 1 cupCoriander leaves
  • 2 teaspoon Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix both the pulses and wash with water and put it in pressure cooker.

  2. 2

    Pour the water in pressure cooker. Add turmeric and salt as directed above and place it to boil on low flame for 50 minutes

  3. 3

    Now take a pan and add some oil..now add ginger garlic paste and chopped onions into it.

  4. 4

    Wait till it gets brown then add chopped tomato into it.

  5. 5

    Now add all the spices and mix them all...add 1 sip of water after 30 seconds..

  6. 6

    Add it into boiled daal and mix well.Add coriander leaves into it.
