Mix the sugar and margarine until fluffy.

Add an egg at a time while beating until all the eggs are done

Add your cardamon/Vanilla essence, baking powder, salt and yeast and mix till all dissolved.

Add milk and mix well.

Add your flour bit by bit while mixing until you get a smooth dough.

On a flat surface, place your dough and roll out evenly. With a donut cutter cut out your donuts. Repeat the process until all the dough is done. Leave for about 10 minutes before deep frying.

Deep fry using low heat until golden brown. Once done, let them cool and sprinkle icing sugar on top.

Serve with your desired drink.
