Steps

Wash the karelas nicely. Cut it into two halves. Remove the seeds. Slice the halves and keep aside.

In a cooking pan, heat sesame oil. Add only the onion part of the spring onions and the regular sliced onions and green chillies and fry till half done.

Add the Karela slices. Saute it for few minutes with the onions.

Add the powdered spices and salt and cover and cook till done.

Ready to serve.
