Heat cooking oil in pan, add crushed garlic and onions, until soft

Add potatoes, stir n cover for 3minutes.or until potatoes are semi ready. Add chilli. Add tomatoes, salt n cover til cooked into a paste.

Add cooked mung Daal and stir, add water for consistency as per liking, cover for a few minutes to sizzle.

Add green pepper and cilantro to taste. Serve with rice or chapati and colourful vegetable salad
