  • 6tomatillos
  • 2Serrano chiles
  • 1lime
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 1/4onion
  • Salt
  • Cumin
  • Water
  • Cilantro

Steps

25 mins
  1. 1

    Broil tomatillos & chiles 15 minutes or until slightly blackened

  2. 2

    Cut onion, garlic & cilantro. Place in chopper.

  3. 3

    Peel tomatillos & cut ends off chiles. Place on chopper. Chop until blended.

  4. 4

    Squeeze in 1 lime. Add salt & a dash of cumin to taste.
