Steps

Take a cooker, add washed mutton.

Add all whole spices,onion,ginger,garlic paste.

Add all powderd spices,mix it,add salt,oil,curd,

Add 2 glass of water.

Lid the cooker,keep it in the slow medium flame.

Cook it 25 mins,after that remove it from the flame.keep it a side for 20 mins.

Open the lid,check the gravy consistency,if you want thick keep it again on the flame,if you want thin gravy add water & boil it again.

Now take a small pan add desi ghee,let it hot.add some chopped garlic brown it.pour it on the cooked meat.

Garnish it with coriander leaf.

Serve it with chapati, & rice.

It is a full meal for serving any time.
