Avocado & Mushrooms on Toast

I was gutted to learn a few weeks ago that I have high cholesterol. With a pretty healthy diet, I had smugly thought I would have low heart disease risk, but apparently not 😭 I am making a huge effort to lower my cholesterol by eating omega 3 fatty acids (including adding some oily fish back into my diet), and also eating good fats like avocados with fibre and whole grains. This is my cholesterol lowering (🤞🏻) breakie ❤️
