Add all the spices, egg, yougurt, ginger garlic paste,onion, and mince and mix well.

Marinate for 1 hour.

Now make small Gola kabab.

Now heat the pan and shallow fry. Yummy Gola kabab are ready. Serve with Kishmish rice and chutney.

Kishmish rice method : In a pan add oil and sliced onion and garlic, fry well now add soaked rice salt and saffron colour,and water.

When water dries add Kishmish in rice and put rice on dum.
