5 servings

500 gBlack Eyed Peas (Soaked Overnight)
1large Onion, chopped
1 tbspsalt
1 tbspTumeric powder
Bunchchopped Corriander leaves
Chopped Green chillies
Oil for deep frying
1 tbspgarlic & ginger paste

Steps

Clean thoroughly the peas and grind until soft. Add the spices, onions, corriander and mix.

Heat oil on medium...make some patties on your palm and deep fry a portion in the oil.

Cook on both sides till golden brown

Serve Hot with Mango Chutney.
