Ingredients

5 servings
  • 500 gBlack Eyed Peas (Soaked Overnight)
  • 1large Onion, chopped
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1 tbspTumeric powder
  • Bunchchopped Corriander leaves
  • Chopped Green chillies
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 1 tbspgarlic & ginger paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean thoroughly the peas and grind until soft. Add the spices, onions, corriander and mix.

  2. 2

    Heat oil on medium...make some patties on your palm and deep fry a portion in the oil.

    Cook on both sides till golden brown
