Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgarbi peeled
  2. 2onion chopped
  3. 3Tomato chopped
  4. 2 tspGarlic and green chilli
  5. Aa neededOil
  6. to tasteDry spices

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly arbi deep fry in a pan with lit salt.

  2. 2

    Take a wok add oil heat garlic and chilli stir it.

  3. 3

    Add onion till brown add tomatoes cook it get soft.

  4. 4

    Add dry spices saute. Put in fried arbi mix well and cover it with lid on low flame for 5m.

  5. 5

    After 5m open the lid and switch off the flame.

  6. 6

    Ready to serve.
