Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsRoasted groundnuts
  2. 3 cupsflour
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. 2eggs (raw)
  5. 1/4 cupmilk
  6. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Boil water, in a bowl, pour groundnuts, pour hot water on it, add salt then let it stay for 30 minutes.

    Sun dry groundnuts until completely dry

    When COMPLETELY dry, mix all dry ingredients and set aside.

    Whisk egg, sugar and milk and set aside.

    In another bowl containing the dry groundnuts, scoop in three tablespoon of wet ingredients and give a good turn by moving the bowl in a 360 degree direction

    Don't stop. Make sure to sprinkle flour immediately and give a good turn too. NB: do not drop bowl when you add egg, make sure you add flour to cover immediately so it doesn't stick together. Separate peanuts that stick together so you don't end up frying a ball of nuts. Lol.

    Repeat process until peanuts are covered properly.

    Fry until golden brown. NB: don't let it brown too much on fire since the cooler it gets afterwards, the darker the colour.
