Steps

Wash Raw peanuts with water and pat dry.

Take a mixing bowl add all dry ingredients and mix well.

Then add raw peanuts and ginger garlic paste.

Mix nicely.

Add little bit of water for coating.

Nicely mixed then cover the lid and rest for 10 minutes.

After 10 mins peanuts coating is ready for cook

Heat oil in a kadhai and drop the peanuts with spices coating of medium flame

Deep fry till golden brown from both sides.

Then take out the peanuts in plate.

Serve masala peanuts with some fried curry leaves and dry red chilli.
