Ingredients

  1. 1 kggrated mango
  2. 100 gmsalt
  3. 2 tbsTurmeric powder
  4. 25 gmroasted dardari Methi daana
  5. 20 gmspicy jhal mirch powder
  6. 30 gmjaipur ya degi mirch for beautiful colour
  7. 25 gmFennel seeds
  8. 50 gmyellow mustard(half dardari +half sabut)
  9. 10 gmmangrala/kalonji
  10. 25 gmajwain
  11. 1/2 tea spoonhing
  12. 1 cupmustard oil (raw)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and dry wipe the mangoes.

    Grate them and mix 1/2 tbs haldi and 2 tbs salt and mix nicely in a glass container and keel it in sun for 2 days

    After 2 days mix all the masales in the grated mangoes add oil also

    Mix everything very nicely. And keep the container in sun fr 2 days

    Yummy achhar is ready to have in meals and breakfast with puris,and parathe,
