In a bowl take curd add besan and whisk well till it is lump free.

In a kadhai heat oil, add mustard seeds, methi seeds, curry leaves, hing, dry red chilli, green chilli and let it crackle.

Add chopped onions, ginger/garlic/green chilli paste and sauté till it turns golden brown.

Add salt, turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli powder and cook for a minute.

Add the whisked curd and stir continuously.

Add water and let it cook while stirring till it comes to a boil. Simmer and let it cook for another 10-12 minutes.

Shut the flame and add the dhoklas and sprinkle crushed kasuri methi. Don’t mix once you add dhoklas as it gets soaked and gets soft once put in.

Serve hot with rice.
