Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 250 gramsPaneer
  2. 4Smashed boil Potato
  3. 2Tb. Spoon. Ginger Garlic chillly Paste
  4. 1 teaspoonCumin powder
  5. 2Tb. Spoon. Chopped fresh Corinder
  6. 1/4 tea spoonChaat masala
  7. 1 CupBread crumbs
  8. Oil for frying
  9. Salt as per taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Take big bowl. Add mash boiled potatoes and paneer together.

  2. 2

    Now add jeera powder, ginger garlic chilli paste, chat masala, fresh Coriander and salt.

  3. 3

    Mix 1/4 cup bread crumbs.

  4. 4

    Divide in equal part. Make kabab shape.

  5. 5

    Roll them in breadcrumbs and press them gently between palms.

  6. 6

    Heat oil in pan and shallow fry them on both sides till golden and crisp. You can shallow fry kabab on non stick tawa also.

  7. 7

    Serve it hot.
