Take big bowl. Add mash boiled potatoes and paneer together.

Now add jeera powder, ginger garlic chilli paste, chat masala, fresh Coriander and salt.

Mix 1/4 cup bread crumbs.

Divide in equal part. Make kabab shape.
- 5
Roll them in breadcrumbs and press them gently between palms.

Heat oil in pan and shallow fry them on both sides till golden and crisp. You can shallow fry kabab on non stick tawa also.

Serve it hot.
