Prepare a charcoal grill or an indoor grill. If you don't have a grill, you can bake the kofta in the oven or cook it on the stovetop. Add a drop of oil to the bottom of the baking dish to prevent sticking.

Mix the ground beef with the garlic, parsley, black pepper, and 2 eggs. Knead the mixture well.

Shape the mixture into small sausage-like pieces and thread them onto skewers (or use wooden sticks).

In a skillet, cook the eggs without any added oil, shaping them into circles. Let them cook through, then roll them up. Serve with a spoonful of hummus on the plate, along with the kofta and cucumber. Enjoy!
