  2. 1 dlbeer
  3. 1 tablespoonhoney
  4. 1 teaspoonBlack pepper
  5. 1 teaspoonsalt
  6. 1 teaspoon5 spices powder
  7. 1 teaspoonmirin
  8. 1 tablespoonsoya sauce
  9. 10 gramfresh rosemarry
  10. 2 pcsstar arnise
  11. 1 tablespooncorn starch

Steps

    Mixed all ingredients together, keep in fridge and marinated for 48 hours.

  2. 2

    Ready the oven on 250°. Put the ready marinated lamb racks into the oven, grilled for 5 minutes. Then is ready for served.
