Make 6Tbsp coarsely ground coffee and boil 4 cups of water.

Wet the grounds, pouring in concentric circles.

Let the grounds bloom for 30-45 seconds.

Begin pouring again in concentric circles, starting from the center and working around the grounds, making sure the grounds are getting even attention. This should use about half the remaining water. Let sir thirty seconds.

Pour the remaining water into the center of the filter. Let sit while the pot finished brewing.

While coffee is hot, dissolve 1/4 cup turbunado sugar into the coffee.

Measure out 1/3 cup of condensed milk and stir in 1/3 cup skim milk.

Pour milk mixture into the coffee and stir. Chill for two hours.
