Mix together all the ingredients well to form a dough.

Form into kebab

Heat a nonstick tawa, shallow fry the kebab,till golden brown.

For green chutney, In a blender add all the ingredients and make a paste

In a bowl add curd, salt, coriander paste, amchur powder and mix well with whisker, no lumbs should be left in curd

Hara Bhara Kebabs are ready to serve. Serve hot kebabs with green chutney
