Ingredients

4 servings
  • 250 gself raising flour
  • 100 mlmilk
  • 50 gmargarine
  • 50 gsugar
  • 1 gsalt
  • 5 gcinnamon
  • Oil for frying

Steps

    Mix all the dry ingredients

  2. 2

    Add margarine mix using your hands

  3. 3

    Add milk to make a nice soft dough

  4. 4

    Cover and let rest for 10mins

  5. 5

    Cut it small balls and roll out

  6. 6

    Cut into desired shape and deep fry to golden brown

  7. 7

    Remove from oil and place on a kitchen towel or serviete to drain excess oil

  8. 8

    Once cooled you can enjoy with tea or juice
