Ingredients

  1. 500 gmokra / bhindi
  2. 1 tspcumin
  3. 1 tspfennel
  4. 1 tspwhole spice powder
  5. 1 tspdry mango powder
  6. 1 tspred chilli
  7. as per need salt
  8. 1 pinchasafoetida
  9. 1 tspturmeric
  10. 2 tbspcoriander powder
  11. 2 tbsp or more if needed mustard oil

Cooking Instructions

    First wash okra and keep aside for dry

  2. 2

    Now in a bowl mix all spices

  3. 3

    Now slit okras and fill this stuffing in it

  4. 4

    Now in a pan heat oil add carom seeds and fry all okra untill it's done tender and cut easily,serve with paratha or chapati and rice.
