Ingredients

  1. 1 cupquinoa
  2. 2 cupschicken stock
  3. 2 cupskale
  4. 1 cupred onions diced
  5. 1 cuppitted cherries sliced lengthwise
  6. 1 canPalm hearts cut into small peices
  7. 3 tbspolive oil
  8. 3 tbspfresh lemon juice
  9. to tastesalt and pepper
  10. I can of chicken peas drained

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring chicken stock to a boil. Add quinoa, cover pot with a lid and simmer for 25 minutes. Set aside to cool.

  2. 2

    Add all ingredients in a bowl with cooled quinoa. Mix and enjoy.
