Ingredients

15-20 Minutes
3-4 servings
  • 250 gmIvygourd
  • 1/3 cupBesan flour / gram flour
  • 1/2 of 1/3 cupRice flour
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspChilli powder
  • 1 tspHing / asafoetida
  • as requiredOil for frying

Steps

15-20 Minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the veggie into strips and then wash it with water you shall get soapy stuff wash off wash twice with water then drain water.

  2. 2

    Add Hing, besan flour, rice flour, salt, chilli powder and sprinkle water should not be watery should be a thick paste,then deep fry in oil you get yummy fritters,serve it with dip of your choice.

I am using each and every vegetable in this method but Shallow fry ,not deep fry. thank you
