First of all add all spices in besan then add some water to make a past neither thick nor thin now heat oil

And add pakoda mixture fry until golden brown when pakodas are ready soke pakodas in warm water.

Now in other bowl add yogurt wrisk it well add salt

Then add Coriender powder then black pepper and mix all the ingredients well

Now in platter add pakoda and dahi layer by layer

After layering platter sprinkle some chat masala on the top😋 put dahi bhala in refrigerator for at least one hour and then serve it cold our yummy 😋 dahi bhala is ready to serve
