Wash the brinjal. Grease it with oil

Put the brinjal on gas.

At low flame..turn it side by side.

Brinjal get roasted. AFTER 10 minutes off the flame.

Other side take a pan. Put oil heat it. Now add chopped onion saute it after that add chopped tomato and chopped green chilli.

Mix it. Now add salt and red chilli powder.

Mix mashed brinjal in a pan. Add Garam Masala.

Mash it well.

Now remove the brinjal s black cover.
- 10
Heat for 5 minutes.brinjal bartha is ready.
