Dry roast the semolina for 2-3 minutes on a low flame. Once done keep it aside and allow it to cool.

Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed pan or kadhayi.

Add in the chopped nuts, saffron, cardamom powder. Fry it on a low flame.

You can see a change in colour. At this time add roasted semolina and mashed banana

Keep roasting till the Semolina and banana becomes light brown in colour.

Add sugar and milk. Stir continuously till the sugar melts. Cover it with lid and cook for 10 minutes on a low flame.

After 10 minutes, remove the lid. Give it a nice mix. Add the chopped mix nuts and nutmeg powder. Mix it again and serve it.

Serve hot and add some more sliced bananas over it.
