Ingredients

2 servings

1/2 cupspinach
1/2 cupsweet corn
1/2 cupthinly sliced carrot
1/2 cupthinly sliced potato
1/2 cup chopped spinach
1/2 cupchopped tomatoes
1/2 cupfrench beans
1 tbspjeera
2 tbspblack pepper powder
3 tbspoil
1chopped onion
1/2 cupdiced pineapple
as neededOilve oil for garnish (optional)

Steps

To a thick bottom pan,add oil and heat it.Then add carrots,potato and saute.

Add French beans,saute.

Now add chopped onions,zeera. Let it cook till slight brown.Add ginger garlic paste.

Now add salt,sweet corn and spinach.

Add tomatoes,slit green chillies and black pepper.

Finally add pineapple,saute for a while.Add cooked or left over rice and saute again.

Garnish and serve
