Mix the dry ingredients first, then add the wet ingredients. Knead everything together and form into disks.

Line the bottom of baking cups with a disk of dough. Fill with hazelnut spread and chopped dark chocolate or jam and chocolate. Cover with another disk and seal the edges.

Bake at 340°F (170°C) for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on your oven.

Dust with cocoa powder or powdered sugar.
