Mix dry ingredients. Set aside.

Cream sugars and butter with a mixture for 2mins then add honey, egg & vanilla, mix till well combined.

Add flour mixture into butter mixture in two halves. And beat till completely incorporated. Don't over mix.

Wrap dough in parchment paper & refrigerate for at least 2 hrs or over night.

Preheat oven to 180degrees

Put 3 tbsp sugar in shallow bowl. Take tbsp sized pcs of dough and roll into balls. Then roll those in sugar.

Place the sugar coated balls 2 inches apart on baking sheets. Bake for 11 - 12mins.

Cool on pan before transferring to cooling rack. Enjoy with a cuppa!
