  3. Leeks
  4. Aspargus
  5. Pancetta
  6. Basil
  7. Mozzarella
  8. Cheddar
  9. Lemon
  10. Black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Spread tomato puree over the wrap and season with black pepper

    Grate on cheddar cheese and top with mozzarella and basil

    Put a little oil in a pan and add pancetta, once cooked add leeks and asparagus to the pan and squeeze over a little lemon juice
