Roast sesame seeds in microwave. I microwaved for 1 minute 40 seconds. (It will all depend on what watts your microwave is).
In a food processor add sesame and milk powder/almond powder and blitz it to fine crumbs. - 2
Remove in a bowl and add toffee sauce. Mix together thoroughly. It should be of binding consistency. If not add 1 tablespoon of toffee sauce. Add ghee/butter and mix well. It should be of binding consistency. You can make balls or give it a shape.
Garnish with pistachios and leave it overnight. Its best eaten next day. - 3
