Directions: Take a blender. Add yogurt, chopped onion and garlic cloves. Blend and make a paste. Set aside.

Now heat up oil in a wok. Add mutton. Sauté till it changes color. Add salt, white pepper, black pepper and coriander and cumin powder. Mix thoroughly.

Then add 3 cups of water and yogurt paste. Low down the flame. Cook till mutton is tenderized and water dries.

Now add whole green chilles and garam masala powder. Garnish with ginger and Serve with NAAN or rice.
