Ingredients

  1. 1 kgmutton karahi cut
  2. 1large onion
  3. 4 clovesgarlic peeled
  4. 4-6green chilled whole
  5. Ginger julienne cut for garnishing
  6. 2and half cup yogurt
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  9. 1 teaspoonwhite pepper powder
  10. 1/2 teaspooncumin powder
  11. 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  12. 4 tablespoonsoil
  13. 1/2 teaspoongaram masala powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Directions: Take a blender. Add yogurt, chopped onion and garlic cloves. Blend and make a paste. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Now heat up oil in a wok. Add mutton. Sauté till it changes color. Add salt, white pepper, black pepper and coriander and cumin powder. Mix thoroughly.

  3. 3

    Then add 3 cups of water and yogurt paste. Low down the flame. Cook till mutton is tenderized and water dries.

  4. 4

    Now add whole green chilles and garam masala powder. Garnish with ginger and Serve with NAAN or rice.
