Clean the mushrooms black hair with a teaspoon, seasoning with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic paste. Put on the grill for 3 minutes each side.

Mix in a bowl,the grape tomatoes cutting in half, the baby spinach and chopped basil, seasoning with salt, pepper, 1 tbsp of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.

Take out from the grill the portobello mushrooms and stuffing with the seasoning veggies, and spread the mozzarella on top,be very generous.

Broil the mushrooms in low for 8 minutes to 10 and enjoy like appetizer.
