Ingredients

  • 4big portobello mushrooms
  • 350 gramsbaby spinach
  • 300 gramsmozzarella cheese
  • 300 gramsgrape tomatoes (cut and half)
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 4 tbspbalsamic vinager
  • Salt and pepper
  • 10 leavesfresh basil (chopped)
  • 1 tbspgarlic paste

  1. 1

    Clean the mushrooms black hair with a teaspoon, seasoning with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic paste. Put on the grill for 3 minutes each side.

  2. 2

    Mix in a bowl,the grape tomatoes cutting in half, the baby spinach and chopped basil, seasoning with salt, pepper, 1 tbsp of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Take out from the grill the portobello mushrooms and stuffing with the seasoning veggies, and spread the mozzarella on top,be very generous.

    Broil the mushrooms in low for 8 minutes to 10 and enjoy like appetizer.
