  • as neededWheat flour dough
  • 100 gmscottage cheese
  • 2 tbspSugar
  • 1 tspEverest elaichi powder
  • 1 tspPistacho powder
  • 2 tablespoonsghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix cottage cheese,sugar, elaichi powder and pistacho powder.

    Stuff this in a small Roti of wheat flour again roll it and fry it on on tawa with help of ghee
