Defrost the pork chops (if already frozen) and dry then from excess water/ice

Whisk your eggs in a flat bowl

Mix all the dry ingredients (bread crumbs, flour, salt, pepper, dried mixed herbs, other spice of your choice) in a flat bowl

Heat an oven to 200 degrees Celsius
- 5
Coat the chops with egg then the dry coating and fry on each side for 5 minutes

Remove from pan and add into oven proof pan and add into the oven for 20-30 minutes
- 7
Remove, pat dry with kitchen towel and serve
