Break the coconut and peel the back

Cut into small pieces for easy blending

Wash and set a side

Pour the chunk coconut inside the blender and blend

Sieve it

Pour the coconut milk in the blender add the sugar, milk and blend again

Sieve again

Pour ice cubes

Serve chill.
